The Master Plan
Edgewater Hill is a walkable 74-acre residential-commercial development offering multiple residence types, a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle, and abundant green spaces. The project is adjacent to the Laurel Ridge subdivision, also built by Dream Developers, and fronts route 66.
Phases one and two of construction have already been completed. Phase one consisted of five two-story buildings, each with eight garden-style apartments and a separate two-story commercial building currently home to Educational Playcare.
In phase two, 10 apartments were added in another three-story building along with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and Dream Developers offices.
The recently completed East Hampton Town Center is home to the new police station, town hall, and board of education. Phase three townhomes, cottages, and estates are taking shape. When completed, Edgewater will eventually encompass more than 200 dwellings, homes, apartments, and 80,000 square feet of commercial space.
