Dream Developers has been a family-owned company for over 35 years. Founded in Mashpee, Massachusetts, the company is now based in East Hampton, Connecticut, and specializes in constructing custom homes and commercial buildings. Our recent projects include building three Educational Playcare Centers, more than two-hundred custom homes, two active adult communities, a 7,500 square-foot medical office building, a 3,500 square-foot clubhouse, and the reconstruction of Saint Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in Colchester.
